How to Change Product?

How much time the product change takes?

Provided that the products you have purchased from "www.lohusahamile.com" have not been used, the period of change is "7 DAYS" from the date you receive the shipment.

 

Which products cannot be exchanged or returned?

-Products that are not returned and changed according to the legislation, underwear products such as bras, athletes, corsets, panties, custom-made baby products, and slippers models made to order are strictly non-refundable. Refunds and exchanges of products with expired, unlabeled, washed, reused merchandise will not be accepted.

-Only change is available for orders placed on Instagram. Refund is not accepted.

 

How do I do the product change?

-You have to send the products you want to exchange with MNG Kargo, to our central address. 
-Our support team will carry out your exchange process in accordance with the product you send and the order you place.

 

Will I pay the shipping fee in the exchange process?

 1- If the purchased product is defective / used / damaged, we will pay the shipping charge if you send the product with MNG kargo. We do not cover the shipping charge if you ship with a different shipping company.


 2- We pay the shipping fee when sending the damaged / defective / incorrect products to us in the exchange process. The shipping charge of your new product which is sent to you after the product exchange process is reflected to you.


 3- When you send the product you decide to exchange, shipping fees are covered by us. The Shipping Charge will be Reflected to You when sending your new product.

 

 The product I replaced is more expensive than the product I sent!

 1- If the total amount of products in your exchange order is higher than the amount of products you send, the remaining amount will be reflected to you as cash-on-delivery.


 2- CASH-ON-DELIVERY CARGO FEE INCLUDES SERVICE COST 10 TURKISH LIRAS. AMOUNT OF DIFFERENCE TO ALL CARGO 10 TURKISH LIRAS CARGO FEE WILL BE REFLECTED.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

 How will I be refunded when I return the product?

 When you return the product, your money will be refunded in accordance with your payment method after you have received acceptance confirmation from the product review.


- If you have made your payment by credit card, your installment transactions will be returned to your card in installments and your single withdrawal transactions will be returned to your card within 5 working days.

- If you have made your payment with debit card, your single transaction will be refunded within 5 days.

- If you have paid with a virtual card, your single withdrawal will be refunded to your card within 5 days.

- If you have paid with the option of cash-on-delivery, you will be returned to the IBAN number you will forward to us within 5 days.
 

In case of Total or Partial refund, 10 Turkish Liras Cargo service fee is deducted regardless of the Total Amount of the Orders.

 

Why my money is not in my bank account yet?

There may be a problem at the cash-on-delivery system due to the IBAN that you have given for refunds. You can call our customer service for more detailed information.
